Though there probably is no way that I would be able to workout 2-2.5 hours a day. I just don't have that kinda time or the desire to work out for that long. At least not yet. Mostly because of the old job and doing it for 2 1/2 years.
Now if I was doing my old job  that would be me "working out" for 8 hours because that is how labor intensive the job was. But that is no longer the scenario. So I will go with what I can do when I can do it.

I'm not saying you have to work out 2-2.5hrs a day. I sure don't! What I was saying was that the more you exercise, the more you need to eat. I work out an average of 40-45min 6days a week. I eat about 1600-1700
calories per day. As Sheryl works out more than double what I do, she eats about 500-700 more
calories per day than I do. but even if you're not exercising (which I don't recommend as it will make losing weight more difficult--not to mention your
body NEEDS regular exercise), you should be eating 1200
calories per day at the very minimum.
