I have founf mini cinn/raisin bagles for 100 cals and reduced cream cheese for about 50 cals so 150 and it's pretty fillng also weightwatchers makes 100 calorie mcmuffins so yummy and you can put alot of different thinks on them I have done peanutbutter 1 day(190 cals)the other day egg beaters and canadian bacon 190 cals all under 200.Gl your going to do gr8!Tammy |
