Anyone tried the P90x videos and not been slim when starting out?
They look a little pricey to me, but I'm good at sticking with videos and routines once I start (and my head is in it.)
I've got flab, and not just a little bit here and there, some hanging belly stuff (c-section.) And wondering if this would be ok for someone who is in between as far as
fitness levels go.
And, if you have tried it, did you stick to it? Results?
