Hola SweatPea,

actually SaturdaySaint (an amazing fellow here at WLF) has been doing P90x for a month plus. His diary is very consistent and you can read the various types of workouts that are in the program. Personally speaking, I was working out 5 months prior to starting Power90 (the baby brother of P90x) and let me just say this.... it was very challenging even after I thought I was in pretty good shape. You may want to check out Power90 first and see if that's something you might want to try out before purchasing P90x (the advanced version of P90). You alternate cardio (sweat) and resistance (sculpt) training every day 6xs a week for 90 days. I stopped doing Power90 once I joined with the gym, because I didn't want to overtrain. Down the line some, I may get back into it... but right now, I'll focus with my gym workouts. Good luck with it!

PS check out ebay, because sometimes you can get it WAY cheaper..LOL
