It took me from Sept 2006 to May 2007..8 months! Me and my fiance went to the
gym 5-7 days a week, I started out on the elliptical doing 30 mins everyday..then i started running 1 mile everyday on the
treadmill and then i got to doing 3 miles plus another 15-30 mins on the elliptical also. That was all the
cardio i did until i lost my 48
pounds. Now im trying to focus on toning up my
body so im weightlifting, running 1 mile on the
treadmill, and then i incline walk for 5 mins to cool down after running a mile everyday. I also watch what i eat but every now and then i have a little dessert, but when i was trying to lose my weight i started eating breakfast everyday(i never use to eat it but now i always do, it speeds up your metabolism), for lunch i would have tuna and an apple or chicken breast, and if i had a sandwich i would have whole grain bread..and for supper i would usually have a protien shake. I also never ate past 7pm...thanks everyone for your KIND words
