Yoplait Whipped Yogurt - 4 points
Lunch:
2oz turkey on Weight Watcher's bagel - 3 points
Dinner:
1 slice pizza
Snack:
1 bag 94%
fat free popcorn - 3 points
Total points for the day = 18
I still need to work on getting my points closer to my daily target which is now 24 points per day.
My
goal for this week is to start incorporating exercise, at least 4 days. I'm actually looking forward to getting back into the
gym as well as the home workouts.
