Had a good & bad day. Jogged 4 miles. But had 500 calories more than the 1,500 Im allowed. I also gained 1/4 of a pound.

Wow at least you went 4 miles. I can jog for about 1.5 til I start getting tired. I need to condition more....

And you can always burn off that 1/4 tomorrow!
