| I have been so motivated to workout this week. It's great because I had fell into a slump the last month and hadn't been working out. Somehow I managed to stay right around the 210lbs. mark even though I was eating lots of junk and not really working out. I've been off my medicine for over a month now and it's amazing how great I feel. This time 2 years ago I had locked myself in my room afraid of the world. Now i'm back to being a social butterfly. Anyways time to go run. |
