I totally agree with casanova, I downloaded the
yoga video to see if I liked it, and after 30 minutes I couldn't do it anymore, and the next day the muscles in the back of my thighs were screaming. 3 days later and they are still tender. I am going to try other things to get in better shape before I try that again. Intense isn't even the word for it, I was sweating so bad my hands were slipping on the
yoga mat.
