You know, you gotta break it down like this... starting off with P90x when you aren't necessarily strong (mentally as well as physically) you're going to end up hurting yourself period. That's like saying, "Hey I haven't worked out constantly for the past 3 months, but I'm going to enter a triathalon." Start off at a comfortable level, then increase it gradually. Never go "balls out," because you'll end up burning yourself out quickly or God forbid, you're going to hurt yourself badly.
