Friday 05/10/07

Another nice day – the weight came down and the standard walks were all done and were enjoyable (although tiring).

I ate quite a bit more than normal today. I think that it was due to getting phoned a number of times about whether I would go to a school reunion. It is 30 years since I left school – and there has only ever been one reunion. This is pretty certain to be the last official one as the school is about to be pulled down – so it is now or never (next weekend to be exact). Most of the people have not seen me since I weighed about 8 stones (i.e. 112 pounds) – as I moved away from the area in my twenties.

I tried to keep the food healthy – but know that I ate more and expect to be punished for it.

My total steps were down – even compared to Tuesday (normally my lowest day). Lowest steps since 25/9/07.

General Data:

Morning walk = 6.3 miles.
Round the block = 4 times (on one lap my husband came too)
Extra exercises = none
Weight = 14st 1.8lbs (i.e. 197.8 pounds)
Steps = 29,671
Distance = 11.00 miles
Remembered to take normal vitamin / supplements
Continued my creaming regime – and yet again only did one bio-oil. I am getting the first one done too late.

Food / Drink:

1 banana
3 weetabix, 1 heaped teaspoon of sweetener (a level teaspoon is apparently 1.9 calories) and the (large) bowl topped up with skimmed milk.
120g Cooked ham
1 glass (200ml) orange juice – 92 calories
2.5 handfulls dry pasta, 25 cals sauce, sprinkle chopped garlic, 1/4 onion, 1/2 courgette, 1/4 red pepper, 1/4 green pepper, cooked in fry light
130g drained tuna (had been in brine), half a cucumber, 4 home grown tomatoes
2 large handful of sultanas
2 litres of cold water
some diet cola
1 wine gum
