You may have covered this in an earlier post, but do you have a
treadmill in your home? I use mine during our long, cold

winters. Set it right in front of the telly (in the rec room downstairs) and walk off the
pounds whilst watching Oprah! LOL Works like a charm.
I have a rule about watching one of my favorite shows called The
Biggest Loser: I must walk/jog in place during the entire show! It is such a great way to get in some more exercise. By the end, the sweat is dripping off of me, and I've had a great time!
You are working hard and deserve to be losing lots of
pounds and
stones. I hope your hubby irons out his WL issues and joins you, so you can enjoy a long, happy, healthy marriage!
