This week I ran 2.5 miles on monday and wednesday. Tuesday and Thursday I lifted
weights and did the elliptical. I weighed in at 210 lbs. again today. This is the first time in forever I sustained a weight for more than 3 weeks. I have made no effort to watch what I eat since I stopped taking my anxiety medicine. I've just been enjoying being able to eat whatever I want without gaining weight.
My
goal is still to get down to 190lbs. so starting on monday i'm going to start eating healthier which is really the only change I need to meet my
goal.
