Sudden drop but no change?

Well, I've been doing a vigorous workout this evening after eating quite a lot in my opinion (two servings of rice with vegetables for lunch, then a whole can of soup for dinner, plus a banana, an apple and a bowl of cereals and some nuts..)
And I weighed myself. I was at 132. My usual weight hovers at 135-136. It's impossible to drop just 3 pounds in a day, is it?
Could it be water loss? I have been drinking enough, and my muscle mass stayed the same, I know I haven't lost any.
I also haven't lost any fat. I know.. I can definitely see it still.
What could that be? Is the 3 pounds going to be back tomorrow, and what is it?
