And I weighed myself. I was at 132. My usual weight hovers at 135-136. It's impossible to drop just 3 pounds in a day, is it?
Could it be water loss? I have been drinking enough, and my muscle mass stayed the same, I know I haven't lost any.
I also haven't lost any fat. I know.. I can definitely see it still.
What could that be? Is the 3 pounds going to be back tomorrow, and what is it?
Just wondering but wheres the protein and fats??

Rice = Carbs
Vegetables = Carbs
Banana = Carbs
Apple = Carbs
Cereals = Mostly carbs

Seems like you're eating VERY little fat and close to no protein.

And how do you know you've lost 'no muscle' ?? Chances are that you're losing muscle and water from what you're saying.
