Ooh dear.. hm. Well, I usually eat more protein than that. I'm a vegetarian though, so I get it from cheese, beans, soy based meat products.
I probably ate some more good fat/protein today but I really don't remember. Today I just ate mostly carbs because I had nothing else.
The soup had protein, and I ate lots of nuts which makes protein too.

As for muscle, I'm not sure I lost any. I only have some on my arms, and it's still here. Unless you're talking about lean muscle.. in that case, I don't know; I've done resistance training a lot today and the past days to preserve it. As I said, I usually eat more protein (usually peanut butter and beans, soy too) today was simply because that's all I had to eat.
