I managed to lose 10 pounds in the past when I was at 145, by changing my diet, but now my body got used to it and I no longer lose fat by eating well. I simply maintain my weight. I can't seem to lose any weight because I'm always hungry, but since I'm 17, it's supposedly normal.. though I'm afraid to gain weight again, which makes it difficult. I can't really exercise outside of home either.
Well what can you do in the home? I think there are a lot of videos out there that could help - and you could get some hand weights. That's always a good start.
