day 1- it begins Alright! Day 1 is here!
It seems this is giong to take a bit longer to start than anticipated, although not by much. I have set out what I need to accomplish eating each day:
3 Proteins
2 Grains
3 Fruits
4 Veggies
2 Fats
and then I'll have 1 freebie (>100 calories)
& 6-8 glasses of water
I'm also going to take a multivitamin, and I've added an extra fruit and veggie because I'm not including dairy (i'm allergic)
I'm working on a grocery list, and hopefully will be able to stop by the grocery store on my way home. I'm feeling excited still, so cheers to the day! |
