today is going good. So far I've had...
5 glasses of water
1 fruit (banana)
2 veggies (2 servings of potato's)
3 proteins (eggs, veggie dog, chucksteak from work- very sm, piece)
2 grains (bread)
I need to get some more exciting stuff, although I will admit, it seems like I still have a lot of stuff I can eat.
Okay, time for work! I should mention I work at two restaurants, so this is the tricky thing! one place is all about burgers & fries, the other is all about pasta and meat. *sigh* I'll make it through. Gonna throw some stuff in tupperware to carry along with me |
