I haven't checked out any of your other posts so I have a question... Whats been your
weight loss regimin? I mean are you doing
cardio,
weights, cutting
calories...? If you're talking about 'flab' you may just need to keep up with toning
exercises. If it's loose skin it make take months to snap back. Just give it time and maybe reevaluate your
nutrition and workouts. Best of luck!
