I also had a bowl with a bunch of those river rocks in it & a jar beside it. For every 30 minutes I worked out I would move a rock over. Then at the end of the month I would "cash" in my rocks. It was like a dollar a rock or something & I could spend it on a new book, cd, clothes something to treat myself without feeling guilty. Haven't done it in a while but it helped me get going motivation wise.

I have an almost buddy on another website that has a positive glass..

she has a jar of little trees that you stick a handful of them and it becomes a big ole pile of nicely scented bubbles... for every postive thing she does for herself she puts a tree into a martini glass... she might have 10 things a day or more or less but she keeps track - when the glass is full to her liking she gets a postive bubble bath as a reward...
Its sort of a sweet idea...
