Heya Sarah! Thanks for dropping by! I've heard of using the parking lot walk- they used to suggest that for people at WW, but I don't have a car, lol...
Jennifer- I didn't get in that powernap afterall, but oh well- I tend to sleep too much anyways lol
work actually went by quite fast today, it was a bit busy and yes i finally got that dang pedometer on... i don't really know it's function... maybe just so i can see how many steps i take, and then i'll try and beat it the next day?
i'm munching on strawberries right now- absolutely delish! starbucks has brought out their christmas drinks and i may tempt myself and pick one up at some point- my mommy gave me a gift card when we were out one day- starbucks always helps me feel more in the christmas spirit. oh commercialism, what would our holidays be without you? lol
this is what i've eaten so far...
2 eggs
1 C. Grapes
1 Vector Bar
1 Apple
1 Lean Cuisine Chicken a L'orange
1 C. Strawberries
1 C. Water (i'm drinking some more as I write this)
Aside from the walking I did earlier, I worked from 11:30-2:30, only stopping to talk for about... 25 mins out of the shift.
I walked for about 15 minutes to the gym after work and worked out for about half an hour on the eliptical, exercise bike, and then did some weights. Tomorrow is my weigh-in, so I'm hoping I can be good today to make up for the bad beginning of the week... lol
