so... i am going with yesterdays weigh-in cause i had dinner right before pilates, which i where i think the extra lb came from... usually i go pretty chillaxed on the weekend, but i think this week i'm actually going to kick it up a notch and stay on track the whole week! that's my goal- here's hoping i follow through on it... pilates was sooo good tonight that i can actually steal feel it in my abs.. which are in there somewhere- they'll shine someday!!
