lunges 3 X 10 with 60lbs
lat pull 3 X10 at 100lbs
shoulder press 3 X 8 at 100lbs
ran for a mile at 8 mph then walk/run the second mile
100 situps on exercise ball
stretch
going out tonight but will try to limit beer consumption.
