Had muesli nut stuff for my breakfast with semi skimmed milk.
A banana.
Tomato soup.
A tangerine.
My dinner wasn't quite as good
Home made beef burgers with chilli in a bun.
Probably slightly too much mayo and barbeque sauce.
Coleslaw
Salad
And a small handfull of salt and black pepper crisps.
I had a pudding but it was a healthyish one
A pancake(116 cals)
Some lowfat skooshy cream
Fake sugar stuff
Banana
I'm going to do an hours excercise shortly.
I was working hard all day on uni work, I feel so organised. |
