Hey. Sorry to hear you are struggling at keeping your motivation up. Some things that usually help me are: coming to this website, and going to the
gym and running my @$$ off. I also watch
Biggest Loser when it is on once per week.
Losing weight is a process. It's different for everyone. You can't compare yourself to other people because your
body is completely different than their's. One day at a time, and the weight will come off. Think of all the marvelous progress you have made so far. I'm not at where I want to be at yet either, and I really wish I was there already. But, I am not. I just have to keep in mind how far I've come so far and it makes me happy to not be at where I used to be...
I notice when I go off my
diet and don't exercise for a few days, or weeks

I just have to start back up for one day. One solid day of healthy eating and getting to the
gym for a really good workout and that is all I need to get started again. Just try to do it again for one day and I bet you can get back on the wagon
