| My problem with weightloss is that i'm a grazer. I dont' necessarily eat a lot at meals, especially if i'm eating out for some reason, i'll pick a lot more than in the house. I find it hard to just stick to my meals rather than snacking a lot, i find i get hungry at night and if i'm working, i get in between 10 and 11 at night and i always feel like eating something, I have to get rid of my grazerness and start eating normal. |
