I am confused.
I get up at 5:30 and head to the
gym which is 30 minutes away. It is right next to my office so I get ready after my workout and hop on over to work.
When do I eat? Should I eat BEFORE I go to the
gym? Should I wait 1 hour after I workout? I am totally confused here - did a search but came up empty handed.
This week all I am doing is
cardio. Starting on Monday I will start
weights 3 days a week and
cardio 3 days a week. This morning I had no
energy what so ever. I mean ZERO! It took all I had just to make it 20 minutes.
So can someone offer me some advice?
