end of DAY 2 DAY 2 - ryt so got down 2 doin sum excercise 2day. did 15 mins on gmball...which i coudn't do!!!! i fink i need a beginners workout on da gymball....any ideas??
den i gave up and did sum free weights which wos ok.
AAARGHHHH!!!! its sooo annoyin! i jus ate lyk a mcflurry and a hundred biscuits!!!

oh well.
