I am pleased that you are feeling a bit better.
Next time you dont feel well - dont starve. Have something light - it really does help. Then eat a good healthy balanced
diet spread out through the day.
You really dont want to starve yourself for the main of the day and then feel starving and eat at bedtime. That way of living doesnt actually encourage your
body to lose weight. It doesnt know if there is a famine coming so it hangs on to the food as long as it can and wants to turn it into
fat to see your through a bad time.
If you check my diary you will see that I have lots of little snacks that form a healthy balanced
diet. I have a banana every day. It is light and something that you can have if you are not feeling well. As I said before I have weetabix every day too.
