Lol i agree withyou. The amounts of times i've quit in the beginning. jus hope i have enough self control to get through this time!!! i see changes already and i'm only 3 lds down. i feel different aswell!!

DAY 7 -5th dec 07
so far not so bad apart from the white bread roll with salad and cheese (lunch at uni. the healthiest thing i could find!!!!)
also had
1 banana
2 cereal bars
1 brown toast
Have walked at brisk pace for about 30 minutes
gonna do some cardio soon. will update later.
