I am pleased that you are keeping your focus and keeping doing the exercise. We all have moments where we get tempted with food that doesnt exactly help the project. The big thing is to be as good as you can and forgive yourself if you slip up.
I allowed so many diets to fail by stopping trying to
diet after one slip up.
Dont be as stupid as I have been like that.
