| When should you weigh? I weigh myself almost every day (at least 5 times a week). I have been weighing myself first thing in the am, after using the bathroom but before eating. I have always been under the impression that this is my "true weight," but I'm not sure now.
Is there a rule for finding your real weight? I used to try to weigh myself when I thought I'd be the lightest, just for the sake of self-esteem. Now I have found that I am actually the lightest in the evening, before dinner. So is THIS my true weight?
I know it doesn't really matter in the long run. You know when numbers go up and when they go down over time. Just wondering what you all do.
