Fruit is certainly healthier than chocolate.
You really should try and eat something more substantial to give you
energy and keep you healthy.
I know that I am going to sound like I am paid by Weetabix - but I find that 3 weetabix with sweetener and skimmed milk is so substantial and healthy, it is inexpensive and it only takes seconds to throw together. As you know it is quite light on the stomach too. I have that every day as I get in from my 6.3 mile first walk.
You should try something like that on days like today.
The Christmas holidays will be with you soon enough - then you will be able to kick-start your project with some serious exercise days if you want.
