=) You gotta give your brain a lot of glucose! Avoid the fatty foods, even if they are more desirable when you're
stress or hardly studying, they can't be used by the brain and if the liver runs out of glucose and the brain really needs to feed on keto bodies... well... they're toxic... Also, eat your fruit with a cookie or a toast, so it will form a kind of fiber net and you wont absorve so much sugar =)
