Fruit is often a sensible choice of what to eat.
Authorities say that we would all be a lot healthier if we ate 5 portions of fruit or veg a day.

It is also a very healthy thing to do to try and drink 2 litres of cold water a day. This is for all sorts of reasons. -eg.
- you can get constipated if you dont drink enough water - especially if you are having lots of fruit and veg.
- it helps your skin to shrink nicely as any
fat disappears under it
- the water helps to fill you up so that you dont think that you are hungry
- it discourages the
body from holding big stores of water in case there is a drought.
One of my other little nibble snacks when I fancy something to eat that is healthy, quick and sweet is I put a handful of honey shreddies onto a little plate. Then I nibble my way through those.
Walking is always excellent exercise. Wear your pedometer and you will see how far you have gone. I am up to 9.66 miles so far today (thank goodness it wasnt raining today).
