I find that I often eat the same sort of things - so you can kind of work it out once and see if it looks balanced and about right. Then it is pretty easy if you eat similar stuff the next day - you just need to worry about the difference.
I actually do not calculate it on a day to day basis - but I do eat a very repetitive
diet so that keeps it pretty much on target.
The important thing is to make sure that you have a lot of healthy foods. Dont starve yourself all day and then eat the main of your
calories in chocolate when you see that you have plenty left.
