Okay, I must admit, I've been slacking a little.

Didn't do my morning
cardio or weight training yesterday BUT I did do 40 minutes of my "house cleaning
cardio" (see
http://weight-loss.fitness.com/club/2304-your-mission-should-you-choose-accept.html if you're interested) so at least I got something in. I was also about 500 steps short of my daily
goal of 10,500 for this week.
FINISHED SLACKING NOW!!! Got a
goal to meet and I don't want to be a
fat, jiggle a** when I'm standing on that beach saying my vows in a few months! SO... got up and did 25 minutes of morning
cardio and upper
body weight training. HAD TO GET ON THE SCALE and weighed in at 152.4. Man, I can't wait to get out of the 150's completely!
