And Id rather mess up some on the eating than miss the workout, because it seems that minor indiscretions are always taken care of with some good hard sweating!
Our bodies are meant to MOVE!!! I have to admit, I CAN eat what I want when I work out, because number one, Im not as hungry anyway, and two, I burn off more easily what I DO eat. Believe me, the secret is definitely the exercise. How many
