I'm new to the forum.
I want to thank everyone who has posted their before and after photos. They are so inspiring and helpful. That's why I wanted to post my pictures, although I'm really embarrassed to even look at them myself. In my mind, I don't think I look so bad until I look at pictures. I never knew I had so much back
fat. I would love to see some shoulder blades!
I posted before and deleted it because I felt so embarrassed, but you guys have given me the courage to post again.
I'm currently 154. I've lost 12 lbs so far (over like .. 6 months!), 25 more to go (though I think I'd be content with another 15). I've struggled with weight for a very long time now, and I really pack on the
pounds during stressful times. I love to stay active with snowboarding and surfing but being so self-conscious holds me back from doing the things I love to do. I'm determined to lose the weight!
Update (10/10/08)
Now 144lbs (lost 10 and haven't budged).
Don't see much of a difference except at the waist
but wanted to share with you all. It's been awhile! Hopefully I'll have more encouraging pictures in the next few months.
Sorry my camera was broken so I had to use my camera phone and my dirty bathroom mirror!
