bgmgc is on a distinguished road
When im getting ready to kick start my diet i find a low sodium vegetable/fruit juice and drink several small servings (four 4 oz ervings oz) throughout the course of a day while also drinking a lot of water and hot lemon water. Soup also works well if the juice isnt satisfying enough. It really helps if you have a lot of water weight on you.

I dont know about you but the problem i always have with dieting is portioning and timing. I have a bad habit about not eating in the morning before work, or not taking time to eat on my lunch break, so when i get home im starving. By the end of the night i end up ravaging my fridge.

So on my days off i started buying healthier foods and portioning them out in small snack size baggies so i can go in the kitchen and grab a snack whenever i need one without having to worry if im eating too much or the wrong foods. Lately i have been addicted to cucumber slices with a tbs of plain yogurt. The yogurt hits the spot for me.

I also made my husband get rid of all of his junk food except for a small mini fridge he keeps in the garage. I figure this way it is out of sight and out of mind.

I'm really excited to get myself back in shape. Good luck everyone!!!
