First I am sorry for your loss of your oldest, expressing how you feel in your diary will help you along! I do have a few suggestions on healthy snacks that might keep you fill, try a handful of Almonds, a small bowl of oatmeal(which I see you have already), apples have a lot of fiber in them and will fill you up, also strawberries. I know how hard it is to stop drinking soda! I love
diet Sierra Mist and
diet Pepsi, try adding flavor to your water and put ice in it. I have been drinking lemon water, but you could add lime. orange slices, or dilute your favorite juice. I dilute cranberry juice for a treat. Hope this helps! Your doing great, baby steps!!
