I've been trying all sorts of different diets and have found that I'm more successful with Weight Watchers than any other
diet that I've been on. It teaches you how to eat healthy, but at the sametime the right consistancy. You're not eating just one main meal you can have meals that include a appetizer and even dessert. It also teaches you that you can't lose weight just by eating healthy (which you do) but in order to lose extra or even more and keeping it off that you must exercise.
