Trevor said this is bs my question about this is that if you eat 4 meals a day as much as it takes to satisfy (not stuff) how is this bs. Maybe you would claim that it is us stuffing ourself that is the problem. I was wondering about the effects of switching the foods around so that the
diet gives you one sequence to take on this 11 day period and switches them up on the next 11 days what effect does this have.
I want to know if this works. I understand that it is easy to poo-poo any
weight loss regeim but to find one that works and not just say eat healthier exercise more. that seems overly simplistic but most of us would agree that if we never stuffed ourself we would not be trying to lose weight now.
