I would love to say yes, and tell you that if you follow some plan for 11 days it will solve all your weight problems, and mine for that matter!
But I would be lieing, if there were some magic sheet of foods that you could eat that would completly satisfy you and make you drop lbs and lbs in very little time none of us would be here because none of us would have a weight problem.
Even if you did pay out this money and by some happy chance this
diet did make you lose weight, can you really face eating the same meals every 11 days over and over again for the rest of your life? I couldn't.
At the end of the day if you are going to spend your money on this we can't stop you. But I think you'll just end up being disapointed.
