actually its 3 meals and 3 snacks.
a lite dessert every other day
I slept like crap last night...alot of nightmares...do vitamins give you nightmares?
I have had today (and i am hungry)
7:30 am A protein shake with 2 frozen strawberrys blended in
10:00 am An Apple and a handful of almonds
11:45 amA salad and 1 cup of veggie soup and a very little yogurt with probiotics..meijer brand
2:30 pmA banana and handful of almonds
3:45
pm About 1 cup brown rice and some left over salmon from last night
to drink
about 36 ounces of water, some lemonade crystal lite and a cup of tea and one cup of coffee.
I wasnt supposed to eat the rice/salmon but i was very hungry. i drank water and tried to evaluate my
hunger and on a scale of 1 to 5 i was about a 4 after the banana and almonds
so now my
hunger is like a 3 out of 5. I think I am going to have to restrategize for lunch....apples do nothing for me...everyone says they are filling but not me.....any suggestions welcome.....
