Hope all is well today! Here are the new tips I learned....
figure out how much you want to weigh, your
goal weight, and then x's that by 100. This will be the amount of
calories you need to eat to maintain that weight.
Ex. I weighed in this morning at 159.0 lbs. If I want to maintain that weight I need to eat 1590 cal. today. But if I want to lose weight I need to either eat less cal. or workout more to get rid of cal. Very interesting article I read.
Also drink water thru out the whole day. Have a great day!
