Help first post Hi all, at my last MD visit I'm over the 200 mark. I need to stop this before it gets any worse. I was checking out the Kimkin site this am but as a nurse know that is not good for your body.
I need all the encouragement I can get. I do like the support on the Kimkin site so I googled and this site came up.
I'm 47, mother of 3 teens, married and living north of Boston. Right now I'm in school for my RN and work as a LPN on weekends.
Writing down what I eat is a good place to start. I know that carbs are big and not good for me but when on the way out the door or at the school cafe it's the quickest and cheapest.
Any words of encouragement or ideas? |
