This is physically impossible.
To lose 9 lbs a week, you need to burn 4500
calories a day.
For this to happen, your average sized person would have to EAT NOTHING, and burn an extra 2000+
calories each day. Oh say 4 hours of tennis daily for example.
Ok, lets assume you'd lose some water weight and whatever magical pills they're selling will rev your metabolism, this is still EXTREME
weight loss, not really feasible.
