*shrug* Ditto.
Four
pounds in a month is not any faster than just eating healthy and exercising regularly. Personally, I wouldn't have paid money to have someone tell me how to lose 4
pounds in a month, because lots of people can do that just cutting soda or white bread out of their
diet.
But if it works for you, all the luck to ya! Whatever floats the boat.
Course, that's coming from a poor college kid who doesn't have fifty-five bucks to pay for something I could probably figure out for free.
